Mouthwatering Slow Cooker Beef Barbacoa
What you'll need:
Place onion, garlic and oregano in a crock pot.
Season a beef chuck roast and place on top of the onions.
Add lime juice, apple cider vinegar, beef broth, cilantro, and bay leaves.
Cook on high for 6-8 hours.
Shred and enjoy!
Fill soft corn tortillas and garnish with your favorite toppings!
