Gluten Free Sausage Balls

Ingredients you'll need

Make homemade bisquick mix with gluten free flour, baking soda, salt and olive oil.

Cook and mash the sweet potatoes.

Combine the sausage, cheese, Bisquick,  and sweet potatoes.

Form into balls and place on a baking sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes.

Serve by themselves, or with a dip!
