Authentic Indian Palak Paneer

What you'll need

Blanch spinach leaves in boiling water.

Drain the liquid from the spinach.

Blend the spinach until smooth.

Toast the whole spices in a large skillet.

Add garlic, jalapeño, onions, salt and nutmeg.

Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric and diced tomatoes.

Add the remaining seasonings.

Remove the cinnamon sticks and cardamom pods with a slotted spoon.

Pour the  puréed spinach into the pot.

Stir in the paneer.

Dig in to an incredibly flavorful vegetarian meal!
