Maple Bacon Ice Cream (without an ice cream maker!)

Ingredients you'll need

Toss bacon in maple syrup and brown sugar. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Combine condensed milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract and sea salt.

Whip heavy cream with a stand mixer, or electric hand mixer, on medium-high speed until firm peaks form.

Add the condensed milk mixture to the heavy cream, along with the candied bacon, chopped into small pieces.

Gently stir to combine all the ingredients.

Pour into a container, top with more candied bacon, cover and freeze for at least 5 hours.

Uncover and scoop to serve.

Serve the ice cream in bowls or waffle cones.
