Brazilian-Style Rotisserie Picanha

Purchase a picanha, also labeled sirloin cap or coulotte steak in North America.

Cut the picanha into steaks and skewer them on a rotisserie rod.

Coat the steaks in olive oil and coarse steak seasoning.

Use the rotisserie function on a grill to cook the steaks.

Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 130°F for medium-rare

Remove from the grill and let the steaks rest for 10 minutes.

Thinly slice the steaks and serve with chimichurri sauce, if you'd like.
