No Churn Salted Caramel Ice Cream
Heat the sugar in a small saucepan stirring constantly.
Stir the butter in until it is completely melted.
Stir in heavy cream, remove from heat and mix in salt.
Combine sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
Whip heavy cream on medium-high speed until firm peaks form.
Fold the condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream.
Transfer to a metal container.
Use a spoon to drizzle the salted caramel over the ice cream.
Swirl the caramel throughout the ice cream.
Cover and freeze for at least 5 hours.
Scoop and enjoy!
