Maple Apple Reduction

Instructions
Oven Roasted Turkey
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Remove the turkey from the outer packaging, but leave in the cooking bag and p
lace in a roasting pan with at least 2 inch high sides.
Cut 6 small slits in the top of the cooking bag and pull the bag away from the turkey.
Place in the oven for 3 - 4 hours, or until a meat thermometer reaches 165°F in the breast and 180°F in the thigh.
Let the turkey rest 15 minutes in the cooking bag.
Cut open the cooking bag, remove the turkey and slice.
Maple Apple Reduction
Add the apple cider and apple cider vinegar to a small pot on the stove over high heat.
Once reduced by half, stir in the maple syrup and salt, reduce the heat to low.
Simmer for 3-5 minutes, remove from the heat and serve.
