bell pepper

Instructions
Add the olive oil to a large pot or dutch oven over medium high heat.
Add the bell pepper, onion, garlic and chicken, cook 3-4 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
Add the cumin, chili powder, paprika, sea salt, hot sauce and can of diced tomatoes with green chilies, stir to combine.
Add the macaroni noodles and chicken broth to the pot.
Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes.
Open and stir, cover and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Remove the lid and add the pepper jack cheese.
Stir to combine and serve.
