Ingredients

olive oil
divided

tbsp
lime juice

tbsp
jerk seasoning

boneless, skinless chicken breasts
cut into thin strips

red bell pepper
julienned
½
cup
green bell pepper
julienned

red onion
thinly sliced

warmed

honey lime dressing

Instructions
Add 2 tbsp olive oil, lime juice, jerk seasoning and chicken to a large ziploc bag, toss to combine and set aside.
Add the remaining 2 tbsp olive oil to a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Once the oil is hot, add the bell peppers and onion.
Saute 4-5 minutes, then add the chicken, saute 5-6 minutes, then spoon into warm tortillas.
Top with sour cream or honey lime dressing.
