Instructions
Add the watermelon and mint to a blender.
Blend until smooth, then transfer to a large pitcher.
Add the lemon lime soda to the pitcher slowly.
Add a scoop of sherbet to a half pint mason jar or small bowl, then pour the watermelon soda over the sherbet and serve.
