Cook the macaroni noodles according to the package directions until al dente, drain and place in a large slow cooker.
Add the ground beef to a large skillet over medium heat and cook through.
Drain any grease from the beef, then add the taco seasoning and diced tomatoes.
Cook on low for 5 minutes then add to the slow cooker with the cream cheese, cheddar cheese and hot sauce.
Stir everything together.
Cover and cook on low for 1.5-2 hours.
Serve immediately or turn the slow cooker setting to warm for up to 4 hours.
