Instructions
Asian Chicken Sliders
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, onion, bell pepper, serrano chili and green onion.
Add the Litehouse ginger, garlic and lemongrass.
Pour the soy sauce directly over the Litehouse herbs, this will rehydrate the herbs.
Add the sriracha, egg and breadcrumbs as binders.
Mix all of the ingredients together.
Form into 8 small slider patties.
Place on the grill over medium heat for 5 minutes per side.
Remove from the grill and place on slider buns.
Bell Pepper Pineapple Slaw
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
Place on top of the sliders.
