I recommend using 1 tablespoon of burger seasoning per pound of ground meat. To make the best basic burgers, combine 1 pound of ground beef with 1 tablespoon hamburger seasoning and 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. Divide the mixture in half to make really large 1/2 pound burgers, or divide the mixture into 4 equal patties to make quarter-pound burgers. Grill, air fry or pan fry each burger patty to your desired temperature, around 4-6 minutes per side. Top with cheese, if you’d like, and place the burgers on buns with the toppings of your choice. I love lettuce, tomatoes, burger sauce and caramelized onions.
This recipe is gluten free, and contains no added sugar, making it perfect for a whole30 or keto diet.
