BBQ Meatball Sub

BBQ sauce

sweet Hawaiian hot dog buns

Instructions
Preheat the grill to medium.
Combine the ground beef, ground pork, red onion and garlic in a large bowl.
Add the chili powder, paprika, kosher salt, brown sugar, cumin, black pepper, mustard powder, egg, and ½ cup BBQ sauce.
Combine all of the ingredients, then form into 16 meatballs.
Place the meatballs on the grill. Grill for 6-8 minutes, flip, then grill for an additional 6-8 minutes.
About 3 minutes before removing the meatballs from the grill, place the hot dog buns on the grill to lightly toast.
Remove the buns and meatballs from the grill and place 2 meatballs on each bun.
Top with the crispy onions and drizzle the additional BBQ sauce over the top.
