Buffalo Cheddar Biscuits
In this scrumptious, easy biscuit recipe, everyone's favorite garlic cheddar biscuits are given a spicy twist with the addition of buffalo sauce!

cheddar cheese

shredded

buffalo sauce

buttermilk

unsalted butter
,
melted then cooled
For the Topping
2
tbsp
unsalted butter
,
melted
1
tbsp
buffalo sauce
½
tsp
garlic powder
1
tsp
fresh parsley
,
minced
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, salt, garlic powder and cheddar cheese together.
In a separate small bowl, whisk the buffalo sauce, buttermilk and butter together.
Add to the flour mixture and stir until a dough forms.
Place 12 heaping spoonfuls of the dough on a baking stone.
Bake for 12 minutes.
While the biscuits are in the oven, prepare the topping by combining all of the topping ingredients in a small bowl.
Remove the biscuits from the oven, and brush with the topping.
Place the biscuits back into the oven for 2-3 minutes.
