Hawaiian sweet rolls

or slider buns

Instructions
Combine the shredded chicken, pepperoncinis, carrots, celery and cilantro in a large bowl.
Pour the buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing on top.
Toss to combine.
Spoon the chicken salad onto the rolls or buns, then top with the blue cheese crumbles, if desired.
