cayenne pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl, toss the quartered red potatoes with the minced garlic and olive oil.
In a small bowl, combine the black pepper, kosher salt, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper and thyme leaves.
Sprinkle the spice mixture over the potatoes and toss to coat.
Spread the potatoes out in an even layer on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until crispy.
Notes
Type of potatoes:
gold or purple potatoes can also be used in this recipe instead of red potatoes.
