Candied Bacon Goat Cheese Blueberry Grilled Cheese

brown sugar

butter

goat cheese

fresh blueberries
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Place the bacon and brown sugar in a plastic bag.
Toss to coat.
Lay the bacon strips across a wire rack on top of a baking sheet.
Place in the oven for 20 minutes.
Remove the bacon from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, begin preparing the sandwiches.
Place ½ tbsp of butter on each side of bread.
Flip the bread and place ½ tbsp of goat cheese on the other side of the bread.
Place 2 strips of bacon on one side of the bread and a few blueberries on the other side.
Sandwich together and place in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook for 5 minutes per side or until the bread is browned.
