Cornflake Crusted French Toast
Cornflake crusted french toast is a delicious and easy breakfast recipe that takes traditional french toast and gives it a crispy twist!

corn flakes cereal

cut into 8 slices
Instructions
Place the milk, eggs, vanilla and cinnamon in a shallow bowl and whisk well.
In another shallow bowl, add the corn flakes and crush well. I use my hands to crush them.
Place each slice of bread in the egg mixture, soak each side for about 15 seconds.
Transfer the soaked bread to the bowl of crushed cornflakes and cover each side of the bread.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Spray with cooking spray.
Add two pieces of french toast to the skillet at a time and cook for 4-5 minutes per side.
