This scrumptious puff pastry recipe is filled with cream cheese, turkey and cranberry relish, perfect for putting those Thanksgiving leftovers to use!

Ingredients
1puff pastry sheet, thawed
2ozcream cheese, softened
1cupcooked turkey, shredded
½cupcranberry jalapeno relish, click link for recipe - or use cranberry relish of your choice
1egg + 1 tsp water, whisked together for egg wash
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Lay the puff pastry sheet flat on parchment paper.
To make the braided top, slice a triangle from the bottom of each side of the pastry dough, then slice ½ inch diagonal lines up each side of the pastry dough.
Spread the cream cheese down the middle.
Top with the turkey, then the cranberry relish.
Lay the rectangular end of the puff pastry over the filling, then begin on one side, and lay one strip of dough over the filling, then alternate laying a strip of dough from the other side, then alternate back and forth, back and forth, over the filling.
Once the entire puff pastry is wrapped up, transfer it on the parchment paper to a baking sheet.
