Greek Vinaigrette Dressing

olive oil

balsamic vinegar

lemon juice

fresh basil

chopped

kosher salt
Instructions
Thinly slice the cucumber, red pepper, and onion, then place in a large bowl.
Add the tomatoes and prosciutto.
Toss well then top with the feta cheese.
Prepare the dressing by whisking all of the ingredients together in a small bowl.
Pour on top of the salad and serve.
