Frozen Red Velvet Cheesecake Bars
Frozen Red Velvet Cheesecake Bars are the perfect sweet treat for summer! Add blueberries & white chocolate chips & cut them into stars for 4th of July fun!

powdered sugar

milk

vanilla extract

cocoa powder

red food coloring

cup
blueberries
½
cup
white chocolate chips
Instructions
Place approximately 2/3 bag of Oreos into a food processor or blender.
Blend until you have 1 ¾ cups cookie crumbs.
Combine the Oreo crumbs and butter in a large bowl.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a parchment paper lined 9 x 13 baking dish.
Place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, vanilla, cocoa and red food coloring in a large bowl with an electric hand mixer.
Blend until creamy.
Hand mix in the blueberries and white chocolate chips.
Remove the crust from the freezer and spread the cheesecake on top.
Place back into the freezer for at least 4 hours.
Remove from the freezer at least 20 minutes before serving to thaw enough to slice through.
Slice into bars, or stars. If using a cookie cutter to slice into stars, I recommend a metal cookie cutter.
Once they’re sliced, serve immediately or place back in the freezer until ready to serve.
