Garlic Herb Bacon Wrapped Brie
Bacon wrapped brie is an easy, savory recipe that combines delicious crispy bacon with warm melty brie, creating the perfect party appetizer!

round brie cheese

bacon
,
cut in half
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a small bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar, rosemary, thyme and garlic.
Brush this mixture on top of the brie cheese.
Weave the 8 halved bacon slices together, place the weave on top of the brie and tuck underneath.
Place the bacon wrapped brie on top of a wire rack on a foil-lined baking sheet.
Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
Notes
Serve with a sliced baguette or crackers.
