coconut milk

honey

ground cinnamon

olive oil

walnuts

bananas

Instructions
Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a small mixing bowl.
In a large mixing bowl combine the flax seed and water, then add the coconut milk, 1 tablespoon honey, ground cinnamon and olive oil.
Whisk together, then add the flour mixture.
Combine well, then add the walnuts and one sliced banana.
Mash the banana slightly into the mixture.
Spoon the mixture into an oiled waffle iron and cook.
Top with the extra sliced banana, then drizzle with the additional tablespoon of honey.
