Gluten Free Fresh Peach Pie
This fresh peach pie recipe is made with an easy gluten free pie crust and filled with sweet cinnamon sugar peaches for a scrumptious gluten free dessert!

Nature’s Path Sunrise Crunchy Vanilla Cereal

white sugar

butter

melted

peaches

peeled, pitted & sliced

cornstarch

tsp
ground ginger
½
tsp
ground cinnamon

cup
white sugar

cup
brown sugar
¼
cup
water
Instructions
Add the cereal to a food processor.
Blend until a fine crumb mixture forms.
Add the sugar and melted butter and blend 5-10 seconds.
Press the crumb mixture into a 9 inch pie plate.
Place in the refrigerator.
Add the peaches to a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the cornstarch, ginger, cinnamon, white and brown sugar.
Pour the water over the top.
Toss everything together and allow to cook 2-3 minutes.
Reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer 15-20 minutes or until peaches are tender.
Pour the peaches into the pie crust and place back in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to chill.
