Grilled Sausage Bowls
Grilled sausage, potatoes and peppers are combined in this delicious summer bowl recipe! It's easy enough to make for a weeknight dinner, great for a BBQ or perfect to take on your next camping trip!

Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage

cheddar cheese

shredded

fresh cilantro

Instructions
Heat a grill to medium.
Toss the potatoes, garlic, jalapeno and bell pepper with the olive oil, cilantro, paprika, salt and pepper.
Place in a foil basket on the grill for 20 minutes, tossing every 5-7 minutes.
Place the jalapeno cheddar sausage on the grill. Grill for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Divide the potato pepper mixture between two bowls. Slice the sausage and place on top of each bowl.
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and cilantro.
