Add the dijon mustard, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper to a mason jar. Cover and shake the ingredients together.
Add the olive oil, cover again and shake to combine. You can also add the ingredients to a small bowl and whisk them together, instead of using a mason jar.
Notes
The ingredients used in this recipe are gluten-free and dairy-free. To make this recipe vegan, replace the honey with maple syrup.
Store the honey mustard dressing in the fridge for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container with a tight-fitting lid. Before using the dressing, shake it up in the container it’s stored in, or open the container and stir the dressing.
