apple cider vinegar

Instructions
Combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ginger, cumin and salt in a small bowl.
Rub the pork tenderloin with the spice rub. Place in a crock pot set to low.
Combine the pumpkin puree, chicken broth, apple cider vinegar and sage in a medium bowl. Pour the mixture over the pork.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Grab a couple of forks and shred the pork in the crockpot.
Optional:
Serve on toasted hamburger buns or in roasted sweet potatoes.
