Ingredients

package Everything Bagels
cut into 1 inch cubes

tbsp
butter
3
stalks
celery
chopped

cup
red onion
diced

garlic cloves
crushed

tsp
salt

tsp
black pepper

fresh sage
chopped

eggs
whisked

cups
chicken or vegetable broth
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Spread the cubed bagels evenly across two baking sheets.
Place in the oven for 20 minutes to toast, stirring halfway through.
Change the temperature on the oven to 400°F.
Add the butter to a large skillet over medium heat.
Once the butter is melted, add the celery and onion.
Cook for 4-5 minutes, then add the crushed garlic, salt, pepper and sage.
Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, remove from the heat and set aside.
Grease a large 9” x 13” baking dish, then add the toasted bagel cubes and sauteed vegetables.
Pour the whisked eggs and chicken broth into the dish and toss everything together.
Loosely cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and continue baking for 15-20 minutes.
