Red Velvet Oreo Cheesecake Bars
These delicious no bake cheesecake bars with a Red Velvet Oreo crust are sweet, decadent and can be cut into heart shapes for a cute Valentine’s Day Treat!

12.2 oz packages Red Velvet Oreo Cookies

cream cheese

powdered sugar

milk

vanilla extract
Instructions
Line a 9 inch x 13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
Place one package (12.2 ounces) of Red Velvet Oreos in a food processor and blend into a fine crumb mixture, then mix in the butter.
Press the Oreo crumbs in the bottom of the parchment lined baking dish.
Place in the freezer while preparing the cheesecake filling.
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk and vanilla with an electric hand mixer.
Blend until creamy.
Take the remaining ½ package of Red Velvet Oreo cookies and break into pieces.
Hand mix in ¾ of the red velvet pieces into the cheesecake filling.
Remove the crust from the freezer, spread the cheesecake on top.
Press the remaining Red Velvet Oreo pieces on the top of the cheesecake.
Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
Remove from the freezer 15-20 minutes before serving to thaw.
Cut into bars or use a heart shaped cookie cutter to cut in heart shapes.
