sour cream
For dipping:
tortilla chips
vegetables

carrots, celery or broccoli
Instructions
Add the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced jalapenos, sea salt, garlic powder and diced ham to a slow cooker, stir everything together.
Cover and slow cook for 1 hour - 1 hour 30 minutes on low, open and stir in the sour cream.
Leave in the slow cooker on the warm setting or serve immediately with chips or vegetables for dipping.
