Ingredients
½cupolive oil
¼cupfresh cilantro, chopped
2tbsplime juice
2tbspsriracha
3clovesgarlic, crushed
½tspkosher salt
1tspblack pepper
4chicken breasts, app 2 lbs – boneless, skinless
2small limes, thinly sliced
Instructions
Combine the olive oil, cilantro, lime juice, sriracha, garlic, salt and pepper in a small mixing bowl.
Place the chicken in an oven-safe dish and pour the marinade over the chicken.
Thinly slice the additional limes and place on top of each piece of chicken.
Cover and place in the refrigerator for one hour to marinate.
Before removing from the refrigerator, pre-heat the oven to 400°F.
Remove the chicken from the refrigerator.
Remove the cover from the dish and place in the oven to bake for 30 minutes.
