Love Taco Bell’s creamy, zesty quesadilla sauce? Now you can make it at home in 5 minutes with this easy copycat recipe! It’s the perfect blend of spicy and tangy flavors that turns any quesadilla, taco, or burrito into a crave-worthy creation. Once you try it, you’ll be drizzling it on everything!
Add all of the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Transfer to the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors of the sauce to combine. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 10 days.
Notes
If you don’t have a blender, you can just stir the ingredients together in a medium bowl. Just make sure to chop the pickled jalapeños as finely as you can, so that they blend into the sauce as much as possible.
To make aspicy version of this sauce, add ½ teaspoon (or more) cayenne pepper.
I do not recommend freezing the sauce, as the consistency will not be the same after it’s frozen and defrosted.
