fresh squeezed grapefruit juice

bottle champagne or sparkling wine

Instructions
Add the rum, ginger beer, grapefruit juice and sparkling wine to a large punch bowl.
Add ice to the bowl if serving immediately or place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Top with mint leaves and sliced grapefruit before serving.
