Ingredients

bacon slices
¾
cup
maple syrup
divided

eggs

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Place the bacon on a wire rack on top of a foil-lined baking sheet, drizzle ¼ cup of maple syrup across the slices of bacon.
Place in the oven to cook for 12 minutes.
Remove from the oven, flip the bacon and drizzle another ¼ cup of maple syrup across the slices of bacon.
Place back into the oven to cook for another 12 minutes.
Remove the bacon from the oven, place on a cutting board and set aside.
Turn the heat on the oven down to 375°F.
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and remaining ¼ cup maple syrup together. Add the quartered hawaiian rolls and toss to coat.
Chop the bacon.
Add ¾ of the bacon to the bread pudding and toss to combine.
Place the bread pudding in silicone or paper muffin liners in a muffin tin.
Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and top with the remaining ¼ cup of chopped candied bacon.
