You only need 3 ingredients to make this easy, delicious recipe for Cranberry Brie Bites! They are so delicious and the perfect party appetizer. You can easily swap out the cranberry sauce with fig spread, bacon jam or apple butter, to make different flavors of these tasty baked brie bites!
Roll out a sheet of crescent dough. If using crescent roll dough, press the perforations together.
Slice the sheet of dough into 4 long slices, then slice each long slice into 6 small squares, for a total of 24 small squares of dough.
Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
Press each piece of crescent dough into the mini muffin tin.
Place a cube of brie in each of the mini muffin tins, on top of the crescent dough.
Place 2 teaspoons of cranberry sauce on top of each piece of brie.
Place in the oven and bake for 12 minutes.
Remove from oven, move the brie bites to a plate, or cooling rack, and allow them to cool for 5 minutes before serving.

I do not recommend making this recipe ahead of time. Baked brie is the most delicious when it’s fresh out of the oven, warm and gooey! You can go ahead and dice up the brie up to 2 days ahead of time and store it in a zipper bag in the fridge until you’re ready to make the recipe. It only takes 10-15 minutes to assemble, so I promise you’ll have it prepped in no time!

If you’d like to add nuts to the brie bites, you can top them with a sprinkling of chopped pecans or walnuts before baking. You’ll need about 1/4 cup total chopped nuts to sprinkle over the bites.
This recipe makes 2 dozen baked brie bites. You can easily double the recipe by clicking the 2X button above. The ingredient amounts will automatically update to the new serving size. You’ll need two mini muffin pans to double the recipe, or you’ll have to make them in batches.
