Apple Cinnamon Cream Cheese Danish
This easy danish recipe is made with crescent rolls and a cinnamon apple cream cheese filling for a delicious and simple breakfast treat!

crescent roll dough

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375° F.
In a small bowl whip together the cream cheese, brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and allspice.
Roll the crescent roll dough out and press the perforations together, then slice the dough into 8 squares.
Top each square with a spoonful of the cinnamon cream cheese mixture.
Toss the apples with the additional teaspoon of cinnamon.
Divide the apples between the pastries.
Fold the corners of each square into the middle of the pastry and place on a baking sheet or stone.
Place in the oven and bake for 12-14 minutes, or until golden brown.
