1poundpork sausage, mild or hot
8ounceblock cheddar cheese, shredded into 2 ¼ cups
¾cupBisquick
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sausage, shredded cheese and bisquick.
Form the mixture into approximately 24 one-inch balls.
Place the sausage balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
