Blueberry BBQ Grilled Salmon

fresh salmon
Instructions
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, or an oven to 400°F.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, add half of the blueberries.
Once the berries begin to burst, add the balsamic vinegar and apple cider vinegar. Reduce heat to low and add the BBQ seasoning.
Simmer 5-10 minutes. Mix all of the ingredients together while lightly mashing the blueberries into the sauce.
Pour the blueberry bbq sauce over the salmon in a foil basket. Sprinkle the remaining blueberries over the top.
Place on the grill (or in the oven) for 20 minutes.
