Just call this the superfood of all superfood dinners! Blueberries and salmon are filled with antioxidants and Omega 3s which increases brain stimulation and fight against depression, stress, cancer and arthritis.
Can I get an amen for being smart, happy, relaxed and healthy?! Oh yeah, I like all of those things!
Not only is this recipe healthy, it’s also delicious and easy! I made the sauce with only 4 ingredients in about 10 minutes!
One of the ingredients in this scrumptious sauce is Spicely Organics BBQ Seasoning Blend. Remember when I introduced you to Spicely Organics a couple of weeks ago in my recipe for Chicken Curry Meatballs with Coconut Vindaloo Sauce?
Well, just in case you missed it, they are the awesome spice company bringing you all certified organic and gluten free spices and seasoning blends with no salt, sugar or fillers.
Of course I wasn’t about to toss artificial ingredients on my healthy, vitamin packed blueberry salmon, that’s why Spicely’s seasoning blend was perfect for this recipe!
Blueberry BBQ Grilled Salmon Ingredients
- ½ cup fresh blueberries (divided)
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Mix all of the ingredients together while lightly mashing the blueberries into the sauce.
Pour the blueberry bbq sauce over the salmon in a foil basket.
Sprinkle the remaining blueberries over the top.

Slice into 2-4 pieces, depending on how hungry you are… or how much of the deliciousness you’re willing to share! 😉
This dish would be amazing as part of a “Surf and Turf” dinner with my Coffee Crusted Tri Tip. OMG, I’m literally drooling right now at the thought of this dinner!
