Notes
This recipe is fairly spicy. If you want to reduce the spice, only use 1 tablespoon hot sauce. To make the sauce more spicy, add more hot sauce to taste.
This sauce will stay good in the fridge for up to 10 days. I do not recommend freezing the sauce because it’s dairy-based and the texture won’t be the same after it’s defrosted.
If tossing the sauce with chicken wings, I recommend 1/4 cup of sauce per pound of wings.
