Easy One Pot Beef Stroganoff

garlic

ground beef

kosher salt

black pepper

paprika

beef broth

cup
half-and-half
2
cups
macaroni noodles
,
or cavatappi noodles
½
cup
sour cream
¼
cup
parmesan cheese
,
grated

tbsp
fresh parsley
,
chopped
Instructions
Add the butter to a large pan over medium high heat.
Once melted, add the mushrooms and onion.
Saute 5-6 minutes, then add the garlic and saute for an additional minute.
Add the ground beef and cook through, 6-8 minutes.
Drain any grease from the beef, then add the salt, pepper and paprika to the pan.
Pour the beef broth and half-and-half into the pan, then add the noodles.
Stir everything to combine.
Reduce the heat to low, cover and cook for 20-25 minutes.
Remove the lid and stir in the sour cream.
Top with the parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
