These Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers are easy to make in the air fryer or oven with just 4 ingredients. They're juicy, golden, and packed with bold garlic parmesan flavor.
Cut the chicken into 1 inch pieces. Toss them with the olive oil, then the chicken seasoning. Skewer them tightly together onto skewers that will fit in your air fryer basket. I skewered 4 pieces of chicken on 16 of these 6 inch bamboo skewers.
Place the skewers in a single layer in an air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for 10 minutes. You might have to do this in two batches. I used this 6 quart air fryer and I could fit 8 skewers in at a time.
Open the air fryer, flip the chicken skewers, and brush the garlic parmesan sauce on the chicken. Air fry again at 400°F for 2 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the air fryer, brush with the remaining sauce and serve immediately. Optionally garnish with fresh chopped parsley and grated parmesan cheese.
Notes
These skewers can be served as a meal or appetizer. This recipe makes between 14-16 skewers with 4 pieces of chicken per skewer. If serving them as a meal, plan for 3-4 skewers per person. If serving them as an appetizer at a party with several other apps, plan for 1-2 skewers per person.

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. You can reheat the skewers in the air fryer at 400°F for 2 minutes.
