Sausage Balls

sweet potato

peeled, cubed, boiled and mashed

cheddar cheese

shredded

pork sausage
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Combine all of the ingredients for the homemade bisquick mix in a large bowl.
Add the mashed sweet potato, shredded cheddar cheese and sausage.
Form into golf ball sized balls and place on a baking sheet.
Place in the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes.
