Crumble and cook the Jennie-O Taco Seasoned Turkey Sausage in a skillet on the stove over medium high heat for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Place the polenta in the bottom of a baking dish.
Combine the mexicorn and sour cream and spread over the polenta.
Add the cooked taco turkey sausage, top with the salsa and the pepper jack cheese.
