Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Crumble and cook the Jennie-O Taco Seasoned Turkey Sausage in a skillet over medium high heat, 10-12 minutes, set aside.
Place the polenta in the bottom of a baking dish
Combine the mexicorn and sour cream and spread over the polenta.
Add the cooked taco turkey sausage, top with the salsa and the pepper jack cheese.
Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
