turkey breakfast sausage

tomatoes

basil pesto

large eggs

parmesan cheese

grated
Instructions
Add the olive oil to a large skillet on the stove over medium-high heat.
Add the onion, cook 4-5 minutes, add the garlic, cook for an additional minute.
Add the turkey sausage and cook through, 6-8 minutes.
Add the diced tomatoes and basil pesto, mix everything together.
Crack the eggs on top. Cover and cook for 6-8 minutes.
Remove the lid, sprinkle with cheese and serve.
