Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Roasted Garlic Hummus
Instructions
Slice the pita bread into triangles.
Slice the yellow squash and zucchini in half lengthwise, in half through the middle, then slice into sticks.
Place the squash, zucchini, mini peppers, peperoncinis and baby bella mushrooms on the grill.
Grill for 3-4 minutes per side, then flip and grill for an additional 3-4 minutes.
Add the pita bread to the grill and grill for 1-2 minutes per side.
Add the whole feta cheese block to the grill and grill for 1-2 minutes per side, or just until it begins to melt.
Remove everything from the grill and arrange on a large cutting board with the Sabra Roasted Red Pepper and Roasted Garlic Hummus.
