Tender pork tenderloin is perfectly seasoned and cooked on the stove in this quick and easy recipe for Pork Tacos! It only takes 15 minutes to make this delicious taco recipe and you can customize it with the toppings of your choice. I recommend pineapple salsa and cilantro lime sauce for the perfect pairing!
Dice the pork tenderloin into ½ inch pieces, then toss it with the taco seasoning until it’s evenly coated.
Heat the avocado oil in a large skillet on the stove over medium-high heat.
Add the pork and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occassionally.
Remove the pork from the heat and spoon it into warm tortillas.
Top with any toppings of your choice. I like to top the tacos with pineapple salsa and cilantro sauce.
