Pumpkin Chili Sliders
Small pumpkin spiced burger patties are topped with pumpkin chili and served on Hawaiian rolls in this delicious fall recipe twist on chili sliders.

sliced in half
Instructions
Add the ground beef, onions and spices to a large bowl.
Mix together, but do not over-mix or the meat will become tough.
Form the mixture into 9 slider burger patties.
Either grill or cook the sliders in a cast iron skillet over medium heat for 5-6 minutes per side.
Two minutes before removing from the grill or skillet, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of each slider burger patty.
Place each slider burger patty on the bottom of a King’s Hawaiian Roll.
Top each slider burger with a tablespoon of chili.
