olive oil

can tomato sauce

can diced peeled plum tomatoes

can tomato paste

red wine

fresh basil

dried parsley

tsp
black pepper

dried oregano

Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet, or dutch oven, over medium heat.
Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add the tomato sauce, diced peeled plum tomatoes, tomato paste and red wine.
Add the basil, parsley, black pepper, oregano and salt.
Mix together and bring to a simmer.
Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
